A Sancai-Glazed Baluster Vase
Tang Dynasty
The tapering ovoid body surmounted by a waisted neck and rolled mouthrim, covered overall with a cream glaze accented by vertical streaks of green and amber, all below a topped with a finial in the shape of a stupa.
Age discolored, scratches.
